Springwood Tower Apartment Hotel offers Permanent Rental Apartments for long stay guests. These Apartments range in size and majority are Fully Furnished however some Apartments are Unfurnished and pricing will reflect this. All Apartments contain Bedroom(s) with built-in wardrobes, open plan Kitchen, Lounge & Dining Areas, Main Bathroom (2nd Ensuite Bathroom in Two & Three Bedroom Apartments), Air-Conditioning, Laundry & Private Balcony.

One Bedroom Apartment $400.00 per week
Two Bedroom Small Apartment $460.00 per week
Two Bedroom Medium Apartment $485.00 per week
Two Bedroom Deluxe Apartment $520.00 per week
Three Bedroom Apartment $600.00 per week (Unfurnished from $560.00 per week)
Four Bedroom (or Three plus Study) Apartment $POA

Please note that other charges incurred as a resident will include Utilities (Electricity & Gas for Hot Water) as well as any Phone Calls made on landlines within the apartment. Linen & Cleaning options are also available but pricing is not taken into account with the above weekly rental pricing.

Important Information to Note:

  • To apply for a Permanent Rental Apartment, you will be required to complete an Application Form. The Application process can take 48 hours / equivalent to two working days.
  • An Apartment Lease is a minimum three months, however this is subject to change.
  • Upon the approval of a Permanent Rental Application, Springwood Tower Apartment Hotel requires two weeks of Rent in advance and Bond (equivalent to four weeks rent) on arrival.
  • Electricity and Gas (hot water) are extras on top of rent, this is purely what you consume in your apartment, as they are individually metered. These utilities are charged on a per monthly basis, where you have 14 days to pay.
  • Telephone & Internet is additionally an added extra if required. There are no management fees or line rental fees incurred, it is simply made chargeable at the end of each month for what is consumed. Please note, if you require to use the Internet you will need to purchase an Ethernet cable to enable internet access.
  • There are car park allocation/s for all Permanent Rental Apartments - a One Bedroom Apartment and a Two Bedroom Apartment (regardless of size) is allocated one car park, whilst a Three Bedroom Apartment is allocated two car parks. These reserved car parks are allocated in the secure basement car park of the Hotel. Visitors are able to park any where around the Hotel premise.
  • All Rental Applicants are Required to complete a Rental Application Form which can be obtained via Email, Fax or in Person.
  • Applications submitted can take approximately 48 hours / Two working days to be processed.
  • Our Apartment Leases are for a Minimum Length of 3 Months, however this is subject to change without notice.
  • Upon Approval of a Permanent Rental Application, Springwood Tower requires the First Two Week’s Rent paid in Advance as well as a Bond (Equivalent to Four Week’s Rent) on Arrival.
  • Apartment Availability cannot be guaranteed or held longer than 2 weeks in advance & is Subject to Change.
  • Electricity & Gas (for Hot Water) are Extra Charges on top of Weekly Rent, these Utilities are individually metered so your exact usage & a supply fee will be charged on a monthly basis.
  • Our Accounting Policy for Utilities & Extras is payment 14 days from Date of Invoice Issued.
  • Telephone & Internet may already be connected to Hotel Supply, if so only Telephone calls will be charged when made at a nominal per pulse fee (No Line Rental however an Ethernet Cable or WiFi access point will need to be purchased for Internet Access).
  • If Telephone or Internet Connections are outsourced. This will be at the cost of the Tenant solely and must be reconnected to the original supply before departure at the tenant’s cost.
  • Car Park Allocations apply for all Permanent Rentals. One & Two Bedroom Apartments will be allocated 1 Parking Bay, Three & Four Bedroom Apartments will be allocated 2 Parking Bays. These allocations will be within our Secure Basement Parking of the Hotel. Visitors may park anywhere around the building premises on the ground level.
