Springwood Tower Apartment Hotel
Springwood Tower Apartment Hotel offers Permanent Rental Apartments for long stay guests. These Apartments range from a One Bedroom Apartment (minimum $390 per week) to Three Bedroom Apartments (minimum $590 per week).

All the Permanent Rental Apartments are fully self-contained & fully furnished with Bedroom(s) containing built-in cupboards, fully equipped Kitchen, Lounge & Dining Area, Bathroom (2 x Bathrooms in Two & Three Bedroom Apartments), Air-Conditioning, Laundry & Private Balcony.

Please note, Linen and Cleaning are not taken into account with the above Weekly Rental Prices, however the supply and cleaning of Linen and Weekly Apartment Cleaning from the Hotel Housekeepers is available at an additional cost per week.
 Important Information To Note:
* To apply for a Permanent Rental Apartment, you will be required to complete an Application Form. The Application process can take 48 hours / equivalent to two working days.
* An Apartment Lease is a minimum three months, however this is subject to change.
* Upon the approval of a Permanent Rental Application, Springwood Tower Apartment Hotel requires two weeks of Rent in advance and Bond (equivalent to four weeks rent) on arrival.
* Electricity and Gas (hot water) are extras on top of rent, this is purely what you consume in your apartment, as they are individually metered. These utilities are charged on a per monthly basis, where you have 14 days to pay.
* Telephone & Internet is additionally an added extra if required. There are no management fees or line rental fees incurred, it is simply made chargeable at the end of each month for what is consumed. Please note, if you require to use the Internet you will need to purchase an Ethernet cable to enable internet access.
* There are car park allocation/s for all Permanent Rental Apartments - a One Bedroom Apartment and a Two Bedroom Apartment (regardless of size) is allocated one car park, whilst a Three Bedroom Apartment is allocated two car parks. These reserved car parks are allocated in the secure basement car park of the Hotel. Visitors are able to park any where around the Hotel premise.
